Beyond Route 66--Mid-Century Modern Signage Art in North America

Matthew Bamberg takes the mid-twentieth century modern sign, the ideal Route 66 memorabilia, into the 21st century, now available at Fine Art America. The mid-century modern signage gallery, a collector's gem, takes a full frontal view of over 50 signs in bright beautiful colors that are digitally enhanced, luring viewers into yesteryear.

The artist has traveled all over the United States, seeking out only signs and monuments built in the 1950s and 60s, some gloriously preserved; others with a romantic patina. In the collection, the signs range from the formal neon at night of the High Hat Regency Motel in Las Vegas to a more casual sign in daytime of the Blue Line Motel and Trailer Park in Blythe, California. Once you have one sign, it's irresistible not to have another to match it.

The collection is now live at www.matthewbamberg.com/online-store.php Come visit the gallery of images, most...
