Artist's Description

A geodesic dome dominates the scene with its intricate network of triangular patterns creating a spherical shape. Its unique architecture suggests it may be a landmark or a structure of significance set against a lightly clouded sky.
The structure was originally built as the United States pavilion at Expo 67. The geodesic dome exterior was designed by R. Buckminster Fuller with Shoji Sadao.
